1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a service with Masabih, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional pool cleaning, chemical balancing, filter maintenance, and leak detection services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Our basic single visit starts at 300 SAR.
• Prices for maintenance contracts (monthly/annual) or specialized repairs will be agreed upon in writing or via our official WhatsApp channel prior to the commencement of work.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the pool condition poses a severe health hazard or requires structural work beyond our scope.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure our technicians can perform their duties effectively and safely, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the pool area and equipment room.
• Ensure water and electricity supply are available during the service visit.
• Keep pets and children away from the pool area while cleaning and chemical treatments are being applied.
• Inform our team of any pre-existing damages (e.g., broken tiles, faulty pumps, existing leaks) prior to the start of the service.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled via phone or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, we require at least 12 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations without prior notice may result in the suspension of your maintenance contract.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability

We pride ourselves on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning result, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability: Masabih is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, normal wear and tear of pool equipment, or issues arising from extreme weather conditions (e.g., sandstorms) occurring immediately after a service visit.

6. Payments

Payments for single visits are due immediately upon completion of the service. For monthly or annual contracts, payment terms will be specified in the agreement. We accept cash and standard digital bank transfers within Saudi Arabia.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
